How to set ffg/sth bindings?

If your not sure just take them to your local shop. To set height correctly you also need the forward pressure and wing width set correctly.

If you dont know how to do any of that, dont risk it take it to a shop.
 
top screw on toe-piece adjusts height, and newer models of sth will have auto wing adjustments, so just screw down to the point where there's no up/down wiggle, but no further. and like said above, if you're not confident just take it to a shop and make sure you watch what they do.
 
^only the oversize version has auto wing adjustment, not the driver version, which is what the OP has.

Its not hard to set up the bindings, but get taught by someone in person, not over the internet.
 
^good to know, I've dealt mostly with the demo track-style salomons, and thought this toepiece looked like it had those
