i first learned how to ride halfpipes on fruitbooters and skateboards

On skis getting out of the pipe is even harder than on bmx

You really have to cut close to perpendicular to get boosted out of the pipe

i can do loops presses and flips in pipe but not above coping level

I'll make definitive cuts and have speed but i end up launching down hill without much distance from the wall.

Seeking some guidance on how to ride superpipes

Really? I'd imagine it's easier on skis, but I've never tried the other two. Just start farther back and jump into the pipe farther up the wall. Pump a shit load.

well theres some different aspects to it, but one really common problem with pipe skiers is that they will land on their downhill edges, making them have to switch over to their uphill edges to carve across the pipe. This dumps a good amount of speed, try always landing uphill edges first so you are landing already in a clean carve across the pipe. People with a ski racing background a lot of times seem to be better at pipe. If you aren't any good at carving, don't expect to get good at pipe.
