How to reduce pics to 100k

how can i reduce a pic to 100k so i can post it?

well if oyu have the right house hold chemicals its just a matter of mixing them properly to get the right ph level.

just go to www.imageshack.us host it and post it in the comments if its that hard

do this. open the photo. and save it another other format. or go you can do this too. open it up in paint then go to image then sketch/skew then type ,say, 30 in horizontal and vertical. then save it. and it should be reduced.
