How to prevent shinbang?

Ya don't land backseat. I've only had shinbang when I was constantly landing backseat over a set time period of a day.

Get good boots that fit.

Also, and I can;t stress this enough, Get arch supports and wear them in all your footwear besides your ski boots, work boots, running shoes, daily shoes any thing you wear on a daily basis.

Oh yeah, don't fall so much and no more backseat landings

you can buy this thing called the eliminator it is an insert in the tongue of your boot, other than that stop landing backseat

get softer boots.

Wrong. Your boots stiffness will not determine your shin bang. Shin bang occurs when your shin has small moving room in the tall part of your boot. If you reduce the size of this gap by propper fitting boots along with booster straps, your chance of shin bang will be reduced.
