How to make sequences that arent shit

Every time i go to make a sequence it turns out like shit so i was wondering if somone could help me out and tell me how to make a good sequence.

 
well. i find the best way to make a sequence, if u want a one picture thing the camera needs to be on a tripod and then just copy all he pictures into photoshop and im not sure what blending option to use but try lighten i think that would work. if u want like 9 seperate frames, then just cut them small into the same size say 400px by 350px and paste them right beside eachother and what extra canvas is left just crop it.
