How to make it look steeper?

Hey do any of you know how to take photos such that slopes look steeper or at least not flatter than real? I have risked my life numerous times just for the pics and most of them didn't get the point across.

I think it helps to take the picture from above the fallline leaning as far forward as possible or better even holding the camera out into the slope and hence getting more bird's eye perspective. The Catch: you don't see what you are taking the picture of....

 
or you could always go to a steeper mountain
