How to make a JD edit

Hey guys and gals, kinda a noob at editing but does anyone know how to make video with those animations. Is this even something I could pull off.

 
You'll need to know how to do a couple different things to do that. Just start taking an online course in After Effects and learn your way around it. You'll find that you can just kinda think your way through certain jobs if you know how to use the program a little bit.
 
I could be wrong but it could be that they used Adobe Animate to draw the animation of ASAP, the part that looks like he is painted.

With animate you can draw frame by frame which can give you the effect they got. There are multiple ways you can get this effect thats just how I have seen people do it in the past.

Thanks a lot from both of y'all for the insight. I'll see what I can learn, I'm coming from imovie so the learning curve is large to say the least.
