How to make a gopro pole mount?

It depends... If you already have a handle bar mount, just get an old piece of pvc. If not, make it out of a flat piece ofwood, sand the end, and put a flat mount on it

Get an old pole, cut down to the right length. Use somthing like gaffer tape or electrical tape to make the end slightly thicker, this also helps with vibrations. Buy a bar mount and fit that to the pole.

Alternativly just but the bar mount on any random stick you find. I do this biking and it actually works well, but not as well as an old pole, but its free and you can find one anywhere.

roll electrical tape round and round, then buy a seat post mount and clamp on.

Easiest way if you have a handle bar mount, is take one of your poles and just clamp it to the handle. boom done. If you don't what I've seen from a lot of kids at my hill is, they take an old hockey stick cut it down to wear they want. Then throw a flat adhesive mount after sanding/making it flat. Never done that one though.

I made mine with a found adjustable ski pole with the part that was wider and put the handlebar/ seat post mount

You know the GoPro stand that came with your GoPro? (if you bought it at a store) I ducked tape that motherfucker to a old ski pole...it works fairly well and costs nothing!
