Make sure that you are in the front of your boots when you take off. If you leave the jump leaning back, then you will land leaning back, and in the case of a 540, you wil be landing heavy on the tips of your skis. Also, when you set your spin, make sure you look directly over your shoulder and not down at the ground. As you come around and are about to finish the 5, spot the landing but don't stare at it. See where you are going to land and then look uphill This will keep your chest up and allow you to land more upright and balanced. Hope that helps.
