How to keep iPhone safe while skiing??

Hey Newschoolers. I just wanted to ask what you guys(and girls) do to keep your phones safe while out on the hill. I recently got a new iPhone 6s and have no intention of dropping another $800 on a new one if I take a nasty taco to a down flat down rail. I still need to jam to my G-Eazy and Carnage though. All help is appreciated!

I have a life proof and the problems I have with it are not because of skiing so usually chest nipple pocket is probably safest

i put a $30 case on it then put it in my pocket

This. I have a massive case on my 5s and have had many accidents and have had no problems. I put it in my kangaroo pouch on my virtika pantalones and it's the perfect spot

I bought a Lifeproof Fre power case for my iPhone 6 because I often forget to charge my phone, skiing or not, so it's nice to be able to have a full second charge with me all the time as well as having it seamlessly integrated into a waterproof, drop-proof, dust-proof case. It's a little bit bulky, but not that much. It fits into any pocket fine. I love it, but I'll admit it is a little pricey ($130) but not as much as a new iPhone. And considering that time is money, I've probably saved a lot due to not having to wait around for my phone to charge if I forget to plug it in overnight.

Inner jacket pocket. I've never had an issue, but I guess there's always the possibility of it taking a hit.

This is what I usually do. Making sure to always face the screen towards my chest so the glass doesn't crack when landing on a ski pole, etc.

I have destroyed my goggles with them in my inner pocket.

just put it in an otter box, its not the crash you need to worry about it is the battery. when you take out your phone and it gets cold it shuts off and wont turn back on until it warms up. doing this several times will destroy your battery especially with how thin the 6s is, it will get cold fast. I recommend putting a playlist on you can listen to all day or use a crappy ipod. but whatever you do dont keep taking it out of your pocket.

My main concern isn't breaking my phone, but dropping it off the lift, or loosing it in powder or something.

Therefore this nifty case comes in handy!

Otter box in a nipple pocket. Simple as that. Just don't forget to zip it like i did and you'll end up looking for your phone on the mountain for quite a while

This is the exact iPod I use for shred jams! Haha! I still have my phone tucked somewhere just in case though. Seriously, this little Fugger has lasted 6 years so far.
