How to improve 180s/360s

Last season was my first in the park. I keep landing very nose heavy on 180s and super backheavy on 360s. How could I spin better?

Also what else could I do different?

your body position here is way to back, press your shins against the tongue hard and pop hard

TRVP basically summed it up but I also noticed your eyes were down on the takeoff. For 180s and 360s etc make sure to keep your eyes level on the horizon line.

Just adding onto the other two, with the pop itself keep your weight forward. Some kids I coach like to kick there feet out because it seems like they are almost trying to ollie or something. So yah keep your chest over your knees over your toes on take off and pop itself.

It’s actually a lot harder to get done with your 180 spin like 2 feet off the lip and just be flying through the air completely blind the rest of the way

Go for a grab. It'll help keep you in a tighter package and you wont have your big swinging arms pulling you all over the place. Focus on where your shoulders and hips are pointing and everything else pretty much follows those. Make sure theres a cute girl watching too.

Do a thousand of em and you’ll get pretty good. Just fix the small stuff as you go along
