just practice skiing switch a ton. like full runs, learning to really try to stagger your feet to open your field of vision. Get comfortable going fast not even hitting jumps, just skiing switch. When you start to bring your switch game to jumps, start small. If you can, try to ratchet up, going larger and larger, but not like just hitting the biggest shit you can for the fuck of it. Just start with just switch 180s to get comfortable hitting larger jumps switch. A key thing is also to be patient. You see a lot of people try to spin too early on a jump when taking off switch, and that can fuck you up pretty good, plus, it is a bad habbit.
If you're spins arent really too dialed, then I would pass on really spinning switch until you can synthesize switch and spin technique.
