How to get artifact free upload/ record crisp clean video with natural motion blur??

Ok this is a few part question for yall if anyone can chime in please do. Ok so shooting at 1080/30 on my t3i I can usually get low noise and good footage out of it, although the rolling shutter/ Moire is gross when panning quick trees become like a blur instead of a natural swing across, I watch videos where some folks look extremely crisp yet the motion is jittery and unnatural. So for the first part I ask you this

Tldr: Would 720-60fps at 120-240shutter give less jello rolling shutter and Moire yet maintain about the same motion blur following the 180' shutter rule that a video shot 1080-30fps at 60-120shutter would produce?

The next part falls into the editor, I have noticed YouTube resamples to 720p when uploading 1080p I uploaded my latest edit with render settings of h.264 YouTube 1080 hd preset, render at maximum depth bit rate set to 6 max 8. When I uploaded it to YouTube I got harsh artifacts across the shadowed areas of the video almost similar to digital noise but when I uploaded the same video to NS it retained full quality and looked much better. Does ns resample or does it upload the original file format? If I am uploading to YouTube and ns would I be better off nesting my 1080p sequence into a 720 timeline and export that way?

The last part is to create crisp clear video free of Moire aliasing and rolling shutter will the quality of 60fps eliminate the gross panning look that canons are notorious for, yet maintaining the film look of 30fps? Basically what I am asking is if I follow the 180' shutter rule with 60fps will it give me crisper video but retain the look of natural motion blur? I hate that jittery almost 102% speed look that 60fps usually has I cant tell if that's due to people cranking there fstops way to high or a combo of that and shutter speed. Please let me know what yall think would love to choose this before more of my projects get locked into strictly being 1080p

Thanks for the help sorry for the rambling!

Kind of answered my own questions after Researching more, Turns out if you follow the double your frame rate shutter rule you still get that jittery look to the 60fps at 125 shutter. What I found is that shooting in 60fps you dont double the frame rate you keep it at 1/60 for a natural motion blur, yet still get that crisper look of the 60frames

You're never going to be able to eliminate aliasing and moire, you just need to get a new camera basically.

As for uploading to youtube, bump your mbps up to 10 and see if that helps but in reality, shooting with a canon dslr is always going to leave much to be desired.

I will try that, so with that being said about canons I love them for still pictures I know my button layout like back of my hand, although if I am looking to get serious into film for a life long hobby as well as photos what route should I go? Gh4 with 4/3rds adapter to canon lens'? I'm probably looking at spending 400-900 for a body right now. Not super invested in glass yet so could stray from canon
