How do you fix/replace the brake on a Look pivot. I have an arm that is broken on the one side of the brake....

I know it is tough to do this but, there has to me some way. The only way I can think of right now without pulling the binding from the ski, is to get another brake and cut the one side off and weld it to the pivot broken piece....the spring is also fucked in there but this would mostly solve the problem...i hope you understand what i am talking about...

you should get new brakes. Just need to take the heel off the mounting bracket, remove the brake and then reassemble.

Well you will need to remove the binding from the ski to replace the brake, one of the downsides of FKS.

Once you have the binding off comes the hard part, finding the brakes. Rossi does not sell them as an aftermarket item, so you either need to find someone selling them or find a shop which have some spares they will sell you.

If you cant find any, send the heel piece back to rossi and they will replace the brake for you.

^ well thank you very much. I am currently working as one of Salomons top boot fitters and I'm based in whistler. Its a hard life ;)
