How to fix ipod problem

i was using my ipod like a week ago and turned it off,

the next day i went to turn it on and it wouldnt.

i charged it for 24 hrs and it still didnt work. it doesnt acnoledge that it is on the computer and the trick by restarting it by holding down the middle and botom buttons dont work either.

HELP ME.

how do you fix this.

hold down the middle and menu bottun while plugging it in to ur computer and it should be recognized by itunes. and what kind of ipod is it and are you on a pc or mac?

They do a yearly auto reboot dont they?? I had mine do that. Otherwise its fucked.
