from what i remember you need to unscrew the brake first then the other four screws
be sure to take your time and not strip the screws, ski screws are almost always Posidriv meaning a Phillips head may not get all the torque you need. Patience is key

I just had a pair of bindings dismounted by a tech at a local shop for $6. It took under 5 minutes. Unless you have a #3 Pozidriv screwdriver on hand, bring them to a shop.

definitely helps if you have a pozi screwdriver, but you can do it with a philips. Has to be a fairly long screwdriver so you can reach the screws around the heel piece without the handle being in the way. Unscrew the brake piece that has one screw in the middle, it will expose the screws underneath. hope that helps.
