Ive watched videos and i've been trying to learn a cork for 2 months now... i've got regular 7's down, and I can do misty 5's.. but for some reason i cant seem to wrap my head around a cork?? A step by step explanation would be dope

If you can do misty's then a cork 7 or 5 is very easy from there.

It is basically adding one more step to the trick. That step is to spin over or behind whichever shoulder you spin, (if you spin left then spin over your left shoulder). Basically if you spin left then throw your right arm over your left shoulder.

For progression try doing the first step and landing on your stomach, then once you get this down, its just a misty from there. Do the first step and once you get to your stomach facing down do a misty 5 to your feet. To cork 5 or cork 7 its similar just dont spin as much for cork 5 and go a bit more inverted.

Sorry if this doesn't work or makes no sense but it's how i learned

I normally try to do a cork 3 and then let myself go to 5 instead of cutting it off. Cork 3 and 5 are hard on tramp as the jump normally kicks you into the rotation pretty naturally on skis. I like to think about kicking my right leg across my body while gently dipping my left shoulder (I spin left). Don't drop your shoulder too much or you will do an underflip. Also you want to make sure not to turn your head or chest but keep it nice and square. hope to see some videos if you make progress.
