has anyone had any experience with them ? i cant find a number anywhere on the site and all the ones i've found online don't work... are they owned by someone else i could try ?

they are based in Austria but you may be able to contact them through a local dealer....
they also have a form you can fill out if you haven't seen this already and then you can send off with your question. link here:http://www.atomicsnow.com/us/en/contact.jsp
other than that im not sure such an international company would have a single telephone number to call, i would try a local dealer... i do hate it when companies don't have a list of numbers that you can call in times of need!

Possibly get ahold of a local shop that deals with them to see if you can get in contact with the local rep?

Definitely talk with your local Atomic dealer, even if you didn't purchase the skis/boots/bindings from them. I've rarely ever heard of company dealing directly with a consumer (non-pro/instructor). Not because they think you are stupid or something, but they just aren't set up for it (it's more of an accounting/tax thing).
