so i just recently figured out that im a dumb ass by ordering 0.188in HDPE because when i countersink the screws i pratically go through the other end of the HDPE.... soo just wondering if there is another way to attach the HDPE to the plywood ontop? i was thinking liquid nails, but im not sure if thats enough... please help

Liquid Nails. Comes in like a Caulk tube. Apply that stuff liberally in beads to both the under side of the HDPE and the top of the plywood. Stick them together and throw something heavy on top. Leave it on overnight and it should be good. This will be permanent so make sure you have it right before doing the liquid nails. You won't be able to pull the HDPE off the plywood after the liquid nails sets.

yeah glue it down, but still dont dig your edges into the box to much or it will rip your hdpe. I have scratches on my box that are easily .188 deep
