How the hell do you make icons

just needs to be a pic that's 50x50 pixels. put your picture in photoshop or preview or paint or whatever you have and just adjust image size.. should be a square obviously
 
1. open a picture on paint2. drag the corner (of the whole white part) until the size at the bottom (WxH) is 50x503. upload
