If you have a truck, "junk" removal.

Dress nice in polo shirt / khaki shorts, haircut since you'll be in people's homes. Run FB ads in your area or post bulletins. Old people especially need this. Swing by yard sales to hand out business cards because people running yard sales probably need junk removal too.

Springtime is prime time for this. Have people snap you a pic or description of what you're removing. Price by the truckload, $50 - $100 per load ( or look at what competitors one town over are charging, idk). Hire a Buddy for furniture items. Drop everything off in your garage or side yard, then list valuable items on Craigslist or FB marketplace.

FYI I haven't done this but it's a great business, viewed as dirty so people don't wanna do it. You can make bank on both ends of the transaction ( fee for pickup, revenue from selling).

This is a community vibe. Lots of people sell gear cheap on here because they don't need it and wanna hook somebody else up with it. It's not always about trying to max out the profit. If you need the money sell it for what it's worth but buying up stuff in bst to flip is kinda whack.
