How should I build a backyard setup

I mean it’s ur option but like if you can contact a local fencing company and ask if they have scraps usually they have lots that they have to throw out.

Don’t worry about a crazy design. Focus on finding pallets and using those. mine is build entirely out of 8 pallets with turf nailed on top. Sturdy as hell too.

4 pallets stacked in a box shape, then a additional pallet on top. I found a longer pallet that I use for the drop in, then a couple to make the transition and lip. It’s also good to have an extra pallet or two to just use as scrap wood. Everything is screwed together with a couple pieces of scrap wood to help add some support. Make sure the pallets are in relatively good shape. You can find them by dumpsters, behind business, anywhere really.

Turf is just the cheapest one from Home Depot nailed on top.

My parents wouldn’t let me do that because it looks like a shipyard ?. That’s looks awesome tho, maybe I could try to paint it

If you have a hill in your yard you could probably skip the drop in and just lay a ton of turf down. That would be sick

What does your backyard look like because if you have stairs or a hill it makes building the setup much easier

Old backyard was like that but it’s flat now ☹️

Not the prettiest for sure. But it gets the job done?

thats actually sick. you probably though of this already but a box or some palettes at the drop in would be a lot easier to drop in on and also then you could jump and pump a little more for more speed. Also the steep ramp to flat is good but I find when its that hard of a transition it sometimes kills my speed to if you could smooth its out a little that would probably help too

Here’s my set up, I did just extend it and make it steeper and longer.

Could screw a piece of plywood onto each side and maybe paint or stain that and it’d look alright

My parents wouldn't let me build one that looked bad, so my dad went above and beyond and helped me build this massive setup
