How retarted is the publics view on skiing

Anyone an accomplished hacker here? I'd like to see that site taken down for its blasphemy. :)

Too bad we can't bombard their email addresses or anything...

 
That must indeed been a really old story. But as a lot of people here on ns want a lot of recognition, I still like it that our sport is pretty underground. Ofcourse it sucks that when you tell people you are a freeskier and they look at you like its weird and it doesnt exist and is way less cool than snowboarding. Ofcourse it sucks when the person you talked to was a really hot girl.

But one of the reaons i love this sport so much is coz the freeski community is so small and you are part of one big family. What if the sports gets like snowboarding? It probably would turn into something really commercial and a lot more selfish and independent.

I prefer being around with ppl who really love their sport and give you the respect for just trying stuff and be a nice kid. Instead of getting the recognizion from the outside world, but having the sport changed into one competitive, selfish thing.

 
i hate it when people say stuff like that. no one realizes how many people ski the park these days, and how talented they are.
