19+ forum is a good idea, but how would you be able to make sure that everybody going on to it would be 19 or older. i bet that alot of people would go on and lie about their age, and alot of people dont have credit cards to prove it.

also, if you could prove that you were over 19, you would need a legal document of some kind, and that would mean a hell of alot more work for the guy running the site, checking out to see if its a valid ID
