How much would you pay for slightly used look pivot 14’s?

$200 and below depending on year, brake width, and condition.

Currently selling White, blue, and green pivot 14s w/ a 130mm brake. Since the 130 is less desired, id probably put them at a selling point of 140 shipped (about 127 + ship is what it comes out to). Only one heel has been used for 3 days and the rest of everything hasn't even been mounted on a ski yet. If they were 115s or 95s though, id probably ask 150-175 shipped depending on condition. If they're beaters, $115-125 is pretty fair.
