How much snow is Minnesota supposed to get?

always confused what it is going to be like the past few years have been very disappointing and I heard it should be better but looking for real concrete info.
 
North East MN did good last year... Chest deep on me and I'm 6ft 2. Lutsen is too close to the lake tho so I just snowmobile to some areas I know of and do my own Backcountry/ treeskiing up there. But might be a La Nina winter this year which is colder than normal. Fingers crossed!
 
I remember seeing grass in January last winter. At least it's so damn cold here that the hills will always stay open no matter how little snow we get. The NOAA predictions are saying that this winter will be as average as average gets for the midwest.
