How much should I pay for used pivots lol?

Question is in the title. They're pretty much new, gucci white, $175 shipped. Should I cop for some pow skis?
 
14's? It's a decent price but I'd try to get them down to $150 since they are used and coming from a private seller leaving you no recourse. $225 new was about the cheapest I found online from a real store when I needed some quick about a month ago.
 
related question: is there any difference between new 14s and 12s? Or is the spring different and that's it?
