How much should I charge?

Aye media and arts I need your help! I have been offered the job of creating tour videos of houses for sale and also taking pictures for those same houses. How much should I charge Per house or hourly for

- 25 photos of the inside and out

- A 2-3 min tour video

- I will be in charge of uploading these to the web as well

Also

Neighborhood tour videos( 8 separate videos)

I have never charged someone for my video and editing services so I don't have any idea where to start
 
If I did that job, for 25 pictures AND 2-3 minute video I would charge 500-1000 per house. Now, they may not have budget for something like that since its just house tours and photos, which you'd probably have to work around and seeing as you have no past job experience, asking for over 500 would be pushing it. Id say maybe 300-400 a house? Unless you wanted to go the hourly way and charge like 50/hr youd prob get around the same amount of money. I've found it much easier to charge flat rate with freelance work vs hrly unless it was just a shooting/editing job. But, since you're producing the entire video, doing photos and putting it online, id do a flat rate.
 
in order to be competitive i would say $8 and hour, and in order to get a unique look i would recommend doing the video entirely with your fisheye and the photos with instagram
