How much room between drop in ramp and take off ramp?

Pretty straight forward, how many inches should there be between the drop in and the ramp before the jib? My drop in is going to be 4ft high and the rmap down is going to run for around 5.7 feet. The little kicker is going to be 2feet long and 20 inches high. So how much room should their be between them? 5-6 feet?

4-5 feet is the perfect amount of flat between, maybe even 6 but thats pushing it. Mine has about 4 and its decent but i wish it was a little bigger

make your actual drop part long so you have a nice smooth tranny....i cannot stress that enough with drop in ramps.....you need to have a very very smooth tranny or your gunna lose all your speed....my friends have an 8 foot drop but you still can barely get on the kicker becuase it sends you straight into the ground
