How much did your rail cost to build?

im building a rail soon, prolly a flat down, just wondering how much you spent to build your rail.

oh yeah i forgot the price lol....it was like 40 bucks for everything. i might buy 1 more 2x4 tho to make it more sturdy. cuz its better safe then sorry
 
^well thats only 10 feet...its teh longest i could get the pipes. so if u want a 10 foot flat (i also have one of those, but no pic) it would cost about the same. depending how wide you want it. you could make it a 2x4 on top with 2 pipes side by side, or 2x6 with 3 pipes, or just 2 but further apart. it would prob cost about the same, but maybe a little bit less. i didnt buy the materials for the flat me n my friend made, cuz i had some wood lyin around
 
well i already have to rails, steel ones, ones 8 feet and the others 10. i have the rails, so all i need is the wood, i would scan my plans but my scaner isnt working.

\bascically. the rail screwed onto a 2 by 4. then have 3 sets of 2 feet high 2 by 4s connecting to a bottom 2 by 4, and then the legs will be 4 by 4s.

i think i get what ur sayin....i dunno the cost of wood right now but since u already have the rail it should drop the price by a few bucks...maybe 5-15 or so. just a guess
