How Many GP Hero 3 batteries would i need?

Hey, just a question. For filming on the slopes how many batteries would i need? Im in Austria and tempertures and range from -5 - -20 Celcius. I would keep my spare battery(s) in a goggle pouch in my inner chest pocket. Would i need 2 or 3 in all for a whole day?(5-7 hours)

EDIT: Im filming in 1080p 60 fps, and im not filming the whole day on the slopes maybe max 3 hours or so
 
I used to get 2 hours at least off 1 battery on a GoPro hd 1, so 2 should do, but they're cheap so you coul buy more
