How long should the Salomon Ghost fs 100 be heated up to be heat molded?

Wondering if the person at my local ski shop was right if anybody on here has fitted a Salomon Ghost fs 100 boot to a customers foot...

How long should the boots stick on a stack for so I can mold the liners to my feet?

5-10 minutes. They are not a fully customizable liner, but the foams will soften with the heat and generally take the shape of your ankle & shin areas.

You probably don't even need to heat that liner to mold it...just ski it for a few days and it'll slowly mold to your foot over time

The problem is they already hurt like shit on the first day lol so I wanted to get them heated up first before I grind the bootboard down

Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I have pressure on the top of my foot and the toe area so I wanted to make sure I get them molded right before I get the boot board grinded down a bit.

You're ignoring that the whole shell can be heat molded....Why did you not do that in the shop?

already hurt like shit on the first day? you should be worried if they hurt like shit on like the 5th day. ski them a few more days before you do work on them. and quit being a baby.

The outerpart of my feet were both swollen and my right shin was bleeding...
