How long is a sweatshirt clean?

I'm having an arguement with my host sisters. They say that after wearing a sweatshirt casualy for 5 days it should be washed. I say atleast 10 days. Please settle this... Thanks +k
 
as long as its casual wear and you'll be wearing a clean shirt underneath it, i dont see why a sweatshirt couldnt stay clean for a month
 
I wash mine every 7 days - a week. Unless you're into some grimy shit all week, 5 days is too soon.
 
Till it smells or gets dirty.
I ski in mine twice a week and wear it everyday and probably wash it once a month ha
Then again, im dirty as fuck...
 
I need to know how many DAYS or else I won't win my pixie stick!!!!! I understand it depends on a bunch if stuff and till it's dirty doesn't help me.
 
This the answer are you looking for? Yes no sweatshirts EVER get dirty after 5 days. There, now go snort some pixie dust its wild.
 
I don't wash sweatshirts because if you do so, they loose the ability to be soft. And an ability not to loose is to be soft. Seriously if you wait long enough (couple months) the dirtyness will go away by itself, just like the smell.
 
well my armada smells like complete shit after like 2 weeks but my line jib doesnt smell like shit for like a month
 
id say if you wear it everyday then like 10 days. I wear my sweatshirts pretty much just to work and back but never all day so I wash mine like once a month.

i wash mine every 2 weeks depending on what i've been doing in them.
 
ill throw my hoodie into my laundry probably every two to three weeks just because im doing mass amounts of laundry around then. i could wear it longer but its a white hoodie and the cuffs get pretty dirty.

just have to be wearing a clean shirt under it. its like a jacket... you wear those all winter without washing them so...
 
I try to go as long as I can before I wash my hoodies. I only wash if I spill something. I would say 30-60 days with exceptions. Washing fucks them up and makes them not soft and stuff, I hate it
 
i wash my jiberish like once a month at most usually like once every 2 months and i wear it all the time. but if i spill something or if it looks like shit or smells i will wash it

with jeans i rarely wash them
 
I wash my jeans more often than my hoodies.

I wash my hoodies when they get dirty, and that can take up to 3 months.
 
i say until it has a noticeable spot on it or until it starts to smell.

i have a sweater thats dry-clean only and wear it all the time, i wore it for about six months without cleaning it then i finally brought it in to the dry-cleaners. it probably didnt even need to be cleaned but the sleeve got wet with beer one day so i brought it in.
 
there is not simply "clean" and "dirty". these are too black and white. there exists many shades of gray between these two extremes. gradients of funkiness, if you will. tell her she is a narrow minded, dualistic thinking, silly broad who needs to widen her perception of the universe
 
depends on the sweatshirt, I've had several hoodies that I've never washed, and I've owned them for a few years. others I wash rather regularly, mostly because they get dirty because of wearing them biking.
 
Depends, probably a week or more depending on what you do. At least a week though. Up to a month.
 
How often do you guys was your hair? I just came off a 4 month stretch and only washed it because I got it cut
