How long does it take to get your passport?

in the us or canada? in canada, some people get it a week after they sent the application, others get it 3 moinths after. apply now for it just to make sure

Mine took almost 2 months - so yes a while in the US

yeah it does take a while.

go to your local post office and they'll have an entire packet of info for you. if you need it sooner you can get it expedited for more $$

i sent mine through the washing machine accidentally like a week before i was leaving and i got it in like 3 days but it was a huge bitch and you have to go to a passport headquarters type place and it costs more.

They advertise 3-6 weeks usually. You should be fine man.
