How long do STH 16's adjust?

Got a pair of skis that are mounted for 306mm, will my 315mm boots fit?

assuming they weren't mounted with the binding way back, yes

They should be fine, but just take them to the shop you got the boots from, they should adjust your bindings for free. If its tight you should be able to just move the heels back 1 cm, and leave the toes where they are, or move the toes and not the heels
