I've seen threads like this before but searchbar couldnt find any.

I bought Comi's back in March. Got them mounted at -7cm and skied the rest of the season. I just bought a pair of Fritschi's and had them mounted last week at -5 cm. I talked to the desk and left a note on the ski "-5cm core center"

I went to pick them up today, -9cm is what theyre mounted at!!! Talked to the guy who helped my last week and we measured and re-measured and everytime, -9cm. The form I signed and reciept had special instrucitions saying "-5cm core center"

I told them I dont want them to remount and I want to talk to the ski tech (wont be in until monday)

I'm not going to let them ruin my $600 Comi's by not mounting them correctly. btw I paid $50 for a fucking mount

Can my Comi's take a 3rd mount? I'm 6'4'' 220lbs and ski hard

At this point I'm expecting them to go online and buy me a new pair of Moments (Night Train) for ruining my skis.

What are my rights and what should I be expecting out of this?

They should pay for fucking new skis. Im not sure if they could take a third mount though. probobly. And -9cm?!?! daaaaamn

if they are one of the best shops going they will buy you new skis.
a more likley scenario is they give you a ski that have in the shop or can order in for cost, or cost +10%...something along those lines.

thanks for the input. Its US Outdoor Store in portland. Big store. bunch of fucking hipsters though except for a select few. I'm expecting they give me a store product but I want my Moments
