How is Mt Tremblant

Its pretty good skiing and atmosphere. I didn't really have a chance to go in the park when I went because I didn't freestyle back then. But from what I saw the parks were pretty good.

pros:

-some amazing terrain

-decent snowfall for east

-good nightlife

-quality park

-treeskiing is pretty good

cons:

-crowds

-skied out in 30 minutes

-pricey

-very touristy

If your on the windy side of the mountain its cold as fuck. As long as you remember ALL of your warm clothes you'll be good. (accidently brought my lighter hat for under my helmet) I haven't hit the full park but from videos it looks dope as fuck. lots of stuff to do on and off the mountain.

Its a fun place to be if you don't mind lines, park is mad fun! Fun trees, but lots of gapers, especially on the Ontario march break. Some nice groomers aswell.

park is awesome, slackcountry is awesome, village is cool .

can be well over an hour wait for the gondola. tickets are about 100$ a day . conditions are often extremely icey, windy and cold

if you plan it right, can be amazing, plan it wrong and it will be some very very expensive shit skiing.

The mountain it self has good terrain but ALWAYS busy If your going for the village and the tourist atmosphere go to Tremblant but if you are more looking toward the park and the mountain go to one of the less tourist places, that way you still get the terrain but dont have the crowds.

The only time i went, the whole mountain was a sheet of ice. no snow anywhere. Probably some of the worst skiing conditions ive ever experienced. On the other side, if you get it on a good day i could see it being a whole lot of fun. the local kids are pretty cool too and the beer is great

i dont think ive had a bad experience going there,

for the last couple years i was there pretty much every sunday with the ski club at school, this year ill probably be there a little more

The Adrenaline park is usually in tip top shape come late January (note however that you'll need a park pass to get in). There are also some beginner and intermediate features that won't require a pass to access.

Conditions are all over the place dependent on weather and crowds. Sometimes the top of the mountain is shrouded in clouds and you can't see 5 feet in front of you. On the other hand some days you get to the edge chair the morning after a snowfall and you could get some acceptable fresh. Some nice groomers and some decent EC trees also.

Always use the singles line.

I always stay away from the gondola, but that's just me.

Lift tickets are expensive.

There is some good nightlife in the village and good apres ski beer deals. My recommendation is to go shred, grab beers at caribou, get loaded, eat, recharge, get back out on the town and go crazy. Then rinse wash repeat the next day.

the parks are really well kept and very decent. if there's good snow the rest of the mountain can be fun but if not stay in the park as it's always decent.

If you're from the east coast and used to that type of skiing it's super fun, if you're from the west the place is a shit hole lol.

I've skiied Tremblant pretty often, and I've noticed that the weather/conditions are either really awesome or really shitty. Hopefully you won't spend 100$ only to regret not bringing your skates with you...

The park(s) are fairly nice; well maintained and such, and often pretty empty.

Now, the town itself is pretty cool; it's definitely worth the visit after a day of skiing. Hopefully you're 18+ and you can check out some of the bars... Quebec girls are pretty awesome ;)

Can be cold. Big crowds, like stupid in the middle of the day. But sick parks and après-ski vibe, definitely a worth while trip.

Been there several years for school trips in mid jan. By then the big park isnt set up and its really cold. I would suggest going there later, like in feb/mar to experience the park. But if the trees are your thing, go after a good storm and ski fresh all day. Not sure why others say its skied off in 30minutes, ive had fresh pow at 330 in le soleil. You just gotta get into the woods where there are not crowds on the north side.

Night life rocks, thats the only benefit to a crowded ski resort, the parties rock.

one time i took a monster shit in yahoo pizza and it flooded the toilet.

great pizza, terrible toilets.
