How Durable Are Anthems?

They'll last a good 11 days...
nah really depends on how hard u ski 'em.

just picked up a pair of the 171 spirals, seem pretty solid, nice flex

they'll be the funnest ski of you life for about a dozen days and then you'll want to commit suicide. after two weeks of skiing, they lose all life, edges start coming out and they'll self rocker themselves. i would never buy that ski again, unless it had bamboo cores and hella carbon fiber in it to fix the issue of going dead so quck
 
you are totally wrong....unless you beat the shit out of them, they will hold up for at least a season. My invaders which are the exact same as the anthems, only 10mm skinnier, still have tons of life in them, even after skiing them hard in the park all of last year....no edge cracks, still poppy, and still not rockering themselves...the only problem is some topsheet chipping which every ski can get, but nothing that dampens performance.

my friend rocked the anthems all last year and they only had 1 little chip after the whole season i would def be stoked if i were u to ride them this winter
 
agreed. im bigger than most people riding anthems, 6'5 200 lbs and beat them pretty good and they held up well. they dont have a whole lot of chamber left, but like i said, i beat them up and im a big guy
 
yo dumb ass if that hapened then line (K2) would replace them right away, no problem.
 
2nd that, at 5'8 and 190lbs i'm also not the smallest guy riding anthems. after 7 days of use late last season they still look brand new and i'm sure if i keep using them this season they'll hold up just fine. super fun ski.
 
ive got invaders and they dont have any problems. sure they rockered themselves a little bit, but that makes them so much more fun. no edge cracks, have never gotten edge cracks on any ski. and for chips and shit, put some gorilla glue on there and sand it down. works great
 
la grench is the only one who has it right in this thread, i skied invaders this year and the quality sucked, they didnt lose their pop but im not a big so thats probably why, either way my invaders got beat to shit, started delamming, edge cracks, edges ripping out, top sheet chips down to the core
 
im the same weight at you only 6'3 and rocking the anthms for the second year

i love em mine still have camber only top sheet complaints and thats it
