It makes me better in some ways and worse in others. Physically i lose a lot of the finer muscle control that goes into spinning, balancing on rails, and skiing anything that takes precision. But mentally i become a much more happy and upbeat person, and i just decide that everything is fun and forget a lot of the risks. When I ski high i "flow" alot better, and i hardly ever stop and think. I love it if im skiing cliffs or trying to to just have fun in the park, but if I really want to push myself, it hurts my skiing.
