How do you throw a cork...what are the technical things about it?

Hi, I ski since a long time and now im about to try my first cork 540 but im not sure about the technical aspects to it..can someone explain me in details how to throw that trick with style and really off axis...also want to know how to throw it switch...thanks

carve off super hardcore and try to roll your upper body downwards, you will feel very strange the first few times but you will get used to it, just commit

you really need to go out there and just drop some shoulders here and there and learn how to do it...theres nothing to say that will suddenly make you able to just stun it first time out.

I tried a couple of times today at smuggs, and I had a hard time commiting, I would carve well and put my head down and I felt as if i was cork, but i know I wasnt I just had a different view. I just need to stop being a puss, but at least I did a backflip.

i did one first try w/o carving.. i didnt land and under rotated but i was corked out... i think its easier just droping ur leading shoulder

you dont have to crave off the landing, just throw your spin more forward and at a slightly diagnol angle.

corking myself switch just happens for me because of how i take off naturaly.. i think its because i move my upper boydy slighly before the rest and i keep my head up, so drop in switch dont worry to much about the pop( if you know your gonna clear it, i dont jump switch if i have to pop) and just bring your legs up , grab and youll be corked ot the max gnar level x20040
