Its too easy to be a criminal in the United States, the taxpayers money gets you three hot meals and a bed to sleep in every night. This kid should be put in a cell with nothing, forced to eat a literal shit sandwich everyday for month and then blown up by a bomb made from a pressure cooker.
 
Tamerlan is dead. I guess you could pee on his corpse, or use his photos to make a bunch of insulting memes.

If you are referring to Dzhokhar, he will be executed after they have gotten all the information they can out of him. He deserves to be killed in a manner that is as agonizing and slow as possible, but that won't happen. Our society is too PC for that. He will probably die by lethal injection.
 
He should get interrogated using "special techniques," then thrown in a Boston prison with a nametag explaining who he is. Getting raped and then pummelled to death with fists and feet sounds appropriate.

While feds will most likely get the case, MA doesn't have the death penalty.
 
I feel as if rotting in a cell for the rest of your life would be way worse than the death penalty (especially if its by lethal injection). Why dont they just do that? And let other prisoners get at gim.
 
well considering Tamerlan is dead i dont really know what you can do. I guess getting run over by your own brother/partner in crime when your already severely injured is pretty bad.

But if you were trying to talk about Dzhokhar then i think we should make him run 26 miles and then 100 feet from the finish line we blow him to pieces
 
omg all just shut up and calm down. torture is a sign of going back in time. killing someone in the worst way possible is also soooo 1564.

face it, civilized societies dont torture, mutilate and kill their criminals because that puts you on one level with them. "we" have to show that we are the good ones. the people who can tear down the walls of blistering ignorance and revenge that usually follow such events.

revenge is never an answer. and i am glad that i live in a country where noone gets tortured (at least officially).

and for all you badasses, you can feel better now because i can guarantee that this kid got its fair share already from the cops who had him in their grips. i know some stories of a guy working for a special unit and he said that child molesters, serial murderers and rapists always get "what they deserve" during transportation and interrogation.

 
also true, kind of both sides win. the civilized people because he just got thrown in jail. and the "real men" of NS can also feel better because his cellmates will fuck him literally and figuratively.
 
My bad for using Tamerlan's name when I should have been referring to Dzhokhar. Anyway, we all know that this kid will get multiple life sentences and be in a maximum security prison for the rest of his life. I am actually quite of fond of our judicial system, without it there would be not accountability for ones actions. I was just interested in what "interesting," ways people thought he could/should be punished.
 
Well I live in mass and we don't have death penalty, he will be tried by the FBI and he could but they have better plans for the little fuck
 
He should be given his Miranda rights, prosecuted for treason and murder, and executed according to federal law and practices. We should not stoop so low as to use barbaric practices. If we do then they win. They will have propaganda against us. We must conduct ourselves carefully and remain dignified and civil while bringing this waste of carbon to justice.
 
we should put him in the boat he was hiding in, drop the boat in the middle of the ocean and let the holes make the thing sink.
 
fly him back to russia, but make it so he "jumps" out of the plane in the northern atlantic in the middle of winter off the coast of a small rocky island. if he lives for a couple days/weeks, good for him, but make sure the island is covered in rocks and not somewhere that he would be able to survive for long before freezing to death.

or have him be escorted by a couple police while they bar hop around boston letting every single person punch him in the face before they throw him in jail to get continually fucked by large men
 
Put him in a 2 foot wide by 4 foot long cell for a couple of months and then immediately throw him in a hot box like the on in Django for a good long bit. Repeat these 2 steps for a good long while and then when hes on the verge of death, let the families of the people he injured all go up to the top of the Hancock tower and give one lucky guest the privilege of spartan kicking him off of the edge.

Fair trial, with a jury and no media. If he is found guilty, he should spend his life in solitary confinement with no human contact until he dies.

 
he has no Miranda rights, i say we take a large grain silo and fill it with little metal bbs and roofing nails hair pins sharpened on both ends, toss dome dynamite down it and close the lid, like a giant pressure cooker, i bet he will enjoy it
