How do you Prevent Shinbang???

i tryed that last year, i got pretty bad shin bang. this year i have new boots that fit much nicer, and i wear the looser. and so far i havent been getting bad shin bang.
 
Wow, that's the exact opposite of what you want to do.

Last season that's what I thought of doing, and I got the worst shin bang ever. NOT where you normally get it, but higher up the shin.

I tightened em up this season, and they're great, but I still get it when I land even a lil backseat...
 
live with it? i get it just from hiking, and jumps just make it so much worse but ive never tried to do anything about it
 
i prefer to pour nacho cheese into my boots, the calcium from the cheese goes right to my shin and strengthens them, and at the same time i receve a nice snack when i get hungry
