i dont posture my self any of those ways. all of those postures are for european assholes with the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car.
 
most time right wrist at 12 o'clock and left elbow rested somewhere below the window and left hand somewhere at 9 o'clock. kinda pimpy

but in bad conditions or when i get tired, i try to be very active and sit like a rallye-driver, which is kinda the "rollercoaster"
 
my right hand doesnt do shit unless im drivin a stick.

leaned back a little, left elbow on the rest there on the door, hand at maybe 7:30 on the wheel
 
i get my seat in the most comfortable position, one hand on the wheel, usually leaning on the center console.

kind of "racer" seating even though if i were to race my car, i want the seat as straight up and squared off as possible so that it puts my hands on the wheel easily, and perfect position for ease of quick shifting so that my hand is not far from the wheel.
 
he racer but with only my left hand on the wheel at about seven o clock. it doesnt sound comfortable but is is.
 
DID THESE PICTURES ORIGINATE SOMEWHERE INTERNATIONAL? BECAUSE I SURE AS HELL DON'T HAVE A SHIFTER STICK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY SEAT
