How do you Post vids

I was thinking of trying to post a few video clips in the next couple weeks. If someone knows what i have to do or who i have to contact, please let me know.

It depends on the size of the file, if it is big, send it on this ftp

ftp://ns:ns@24.102.172.134:1331

if your not able and your file is smaller then 2 meg, send it to matt by E-mail.
