try just throwing you body like a misty, but only to get your body sideways instead of inverted. that always works for me, but don't learn them doing bio 5's on the snow, you'll never get around and kill your head. I got some nasty concussions this year from that.

ok - if you can do rodeo's and misties than this might make it easy to understand. throw your right shoulder down like a misty, but at the same time open your shoulders up to the ski like a rodeo so you don't actually do a misty...

reach down with your right arm and grab safety so your right shoulder is forced to drop while you start spinning but keep your shoulders open so that you don't drop into a misty... make sence?
