When you're down and out how do you deal with it (especially when skiing isn't an option...yet)? Probably a lot of JOffers on NS but who's got something unique?

chill with my closest friends, go see a movie preferably action.

dont drink alcohol, its a depressant

Listen to good music, watch something funny on tv, spend some time with your friends and do something dumb to get your mind off things, kill people in Call of Duty....

Or drugs. Lots and lots of drugs.

QFE. Work out even if it seems like a horrid thing to do. Daily exercise + proper eating and hydrating = permanent good feelingness.

I drink and fuck around in a pond that like 10 minutes from my house. We found a sketchy ass army metal boat full of holes on the bushes. that kept us intertained for a few weeks flipping it and such. I also play call of duty and poach backyard flybeds oh and biking and excercising. parties are fun too but not to many this summer. but on the bright sidei can ski right now and have been able to ski for like a month soooo BRECK FTW.

there is nothing to do in florida in waiting my chance to go to co, so basically pondering is the basic task

if i can't ski i do 1 of my other sports, rockclimbing, swimming, MTB, slacklining, longboarding, etc....

other acceptable activities:
Hardcore GamingLearning to play an instrument (started playing guitar 3 summers ago)listen/acquire good musichang out with friendsmasturbate fiercelyclean your roometc...

Go shopping at Sainsbury's (British supermarket). Love how much food there is there, could wander around there for hours.

working out helps a ton, but it can be really hard to motivate yourself to do it when you are feeling down. Eating healthy is really important too, excessive junk food can make you feel even more depressed. The large amounts of sugar affect your brain weirdly.

I also paint or draw which is nice to do while listening to good music, and I've started writing down my thoughts and feelings lately, it helps a ton.

Some xbox always helps unless its cod and you are on a shit streak. But just driving around helps. Getting out and doing something always helps. Just think of all the stuff that is good in your life when things are bad. Assuming that you are healthy, that is something to be thankful for. The fact that you are alive is something to be stoked about.
