How do you cancel xbox live subscription?

First of all, I did search bar this.

I just never use xbox live anymore and I want to cancel it. I looked on the xbox website and all there was was a million stupid things trying to get me to subscribe and nothing, not even 1 link, to cancel the subscription. Maybe I'm just retarded and missed it but I don't feel like looking anymore so if any of you know how to cancel it I'd appreciate it

haha you have to call, it sucks. one time my bro made an account called "YUCK FOU NIGGLET" and i had to call and cancel it for him. it was a black chick on the phone the first time and she hung up. so embarassing.
