How do I tell the park crew they suck without being a dick

Email the resort maybe (if it's a smaller hill) and just talk about the park construction in general, maybe mention that staff should talk to the park crew about this.

2 possibilities i think;

they lack the snowmaking and its not the park crews fault

or the park crew is blackout drunk driving the cats when they build (looking at you crotched mtn circa 2010-2015)

There’s like 4 park crew dudes and they’re always stoned lol
 
Trolls park crew is great to talk to and amazing at snowboarding you can just ask them for features on the park and they will seriously consider it if it's a.good idea they might put it in and I've seen plenty of just local pass holders and many of my skiing buddies go up and help them rake trollhougens park everything about it is just great except I wish they put a jump line on summit.
