How do i take ear pads out giro Trig Mips Helmet?

I want to take my earpads out of my giro trig mips Helmet but it looks like if i take the earpads out it will mess up the whole helmet. Does anyone know how to take them out?

cut them out forcefully with a sharp object

Just kidding. There's a few side tabs you pop out by pulling the ear pads toward the middle of the helmet, and some velcro in the back you just pull off.

i have the ledge and was also confused, but once i undid the buttons and velcro turned out i just needed to pull really hard at it.
