How do i remove the straps from my wisdoms

Ok, so how the hell do i take the strap off of these damn things i tried turning them and pulling and a bunch of other shit and im stumped. i want to take the strap off and wash it before i sell them,

so i hung the goggs over a bucket of hot water and oxy clean for a while and the strap cleaned up nice so thats out of the way but i would still like to know how to take the damn thing off lol
